Sunflowers.

I LOVE sunflowers. They remind me of late summer/early fall and they're just beautiful! If you've ever driven by a giant sunflower field you know how breathtaking of a sight that can be.



When planning our wedding two years ago, I knew that sunflowers were going to play a part. And they did! I really think they fit perfectly into the style and feel of our day and our beautiful photos (compliments of Megan W Photography) prove it!

These were in tin buckets at the head of the aisle.

They were in our centerpiece arrangements.

My beautiful bridesmaids held them.

They added the perfect pop of color in our reception tent.

I hope to some day have a sunflower garden. Then I would be able to cut fresh sunflowers to put in vases throughout my house any time I want!
