Online beauty time

I'm so excited to see that there are some of you out there who love to cook fish!! The recipes looks absolutely yummy, and when I told L about our little "contest" he got a biiiiig smile on his face. He has noooo problem being a judge! Thanks to you that have sent a fish recipe. If any others have some, keep 'em coming! I'm excited to try all these new dishes, and, of course, to practice preparing fish!

The weather this weekend has been gorgeous! The temperatures have been around 60, and the sun has been shining! Yesterday I went to my sorority's bid day with my sister and some other alumni and I'm so so proud of those girls! They went over ceiling and have some fabulous new members :) Then, my sister and I headed back toward my mom's where we met up with Mom and my other sister at a park on the river where my younger sister K was having pictures taken for her boyfriend's Homecoming dance. She looked so beautiful! My other sister E did her hair and makeup and did such a great job! Then, E and I went to dinner, and I came home. I was exhausted and after doing some cleaning around the house, and after L got home from work, we watched a little of the Notebook on TV and were both fast asleep in no time.



Today I'm going to go get pumpkins, corn stalks, and a bail of hay for the front of the house. Then, I'm going to my mom's to do our annual apple pie bake! She, my sisters, and I will be making lots and lots of home-made apple pies this afternoon to give to family, friends, and, of course, ourselves! Apple pie is one of my absolute favorites for Fall and L and I will be keeping one just for us :) The day will end with L's hockey game. Sounds like a good Sunday to me!
