Assistance Please!

I'm looking for a new and fabulous chicken recipe to try on Monday night! If anybody has any favorites to pass along, please do! It can be fried, baked, a casserole, anything.. as long as its yummy! I'm heading to the grocery store this afternoon so you have until then! :o)
