So...

So, the reason I asked everyone about Charlotte, NC yesterday is because there was a small chance I was going to be spending Easter there! My Dad, step-mom, and two of my sisters are going to stay with close family friends for a few days and then spend a few days on the coast. Last minute, I was attempting to coordinate a trip to join them, but it did not work out this time. Its okay, because after reading all of your wonderful comments, I totally want to plan a future trip to visit the "Queen-City!" When I told my Dad about all of your responses, he was so excited for me to copy them and send them to him! He has never spent time in Charlotte either, and therefore is very happy to receive tips on what to do while they are there. So THANK YOU ALL! :o)

L and I will be seeing them tonight, actually. We are keeping Chessie while they're gone so we're going to take the two hour trip to their house tonight, spend some time with them, and then head back with my beautiful Chessie-girl tomorrow! I'm so excited to keep her for the week, and keep telling L it will be practice for when we get our own! I know once he has her for the week, he will fall in love and want our own Golden puppy!
