I spent a lot of time reading and watching the big screen in our room.
The breakfast in the hotel did make me a little queasy so I wasn't keen on eating in the restaurant. It was expensive and to me, the pickiest eater on the planet, it wasn't appealing. So we went to the grocery store across the street and enjoyed 3 whole days of eating junk food!!! It reminded me of when I went on vacation with my mom as a kid and we ate sandwiches and chips to save a little money. Good times!
I got some great R&R while we were gone and worked on my tan! The people we met in Jamaica were the nicest people I think I've ever met and the service in our hotel was impeccable! If you ever find yourself in Kingston, I would recommend staying at The Spanish Court Hotel, especially if you're going there for immigration type services as it's walking distance from most consolates, embassies and high commissions in Kingston.
