Boys & Their Boards

Lance and I live in a river town. We're right on the shores of a major body of water and summer time=water time around here! From boating to fishing to water sports, the river is a fun place to be in the summer months.

Lance, his younger brother, and a few of their friends started Wakeboarding a couple of summers ago, and any chance they get, they head out for a ride! His brother has a really cool boat, made for pulling wakeboarders or water-skiiers and its a blast to go out on the river and watch the boys ride.

I've tried it a couple of times. My time on the wakeboard usually consists of getting up, cruising for a few minutes, then trying to do something.. anything.. and face planting into the water. Therefore, usually I'm content hanging out on the boat with the other girls, taking some pictures, and cheering the guys on!
