NYFW: Pretty in Pink Courtesy of Jason Wu

Jason Wu brought the pretty to New York Fashion Week with his fabulous collection full of my favorite color: PINK!!! These pieces are gorgeous, lady-like, structural and interesting... I wouldn't expect anything less from Jason Wu.
I love the shade of pink that he used for the collection. For some reason it reminds me of cherry blossoms. I also love the way he mixed pink with black and white prints... very arty and pretty. He's found a way to make this pastel pink a neutral, which is fabulous as far as I'm concerned.

Similar looks from the collection featured a muted spring green color. Mixing it with grey is beautiful, but mixing it with a black and blues print is very interesting and it works! Gorgeous!

My absolute favorites from this collection are the evening gowns. I want all three of these gowns and I want to wear them all the time. How gorgeous are these? The colors are beautiful, the sheen is just right and the structure is amazing! Jason Wu is truly a genius and I just love his work, especially this collection!
