White bliss

You all know I've been away for a while

You know I've asked myself if I should go on with this blog

or not

But in this period of absence I've carried on with my life and

especially with my job

Sapete che sono stata via per un po'

Sapete che mi sono interrogata se andare avanti con questo blog

oppure no

Ma in questo periodo di assenza sono andata avanti con la mia vita

e soprattutto con il mio lavoro

Each time some customer approaches me

asking for inspiration, for suggestion

each time they ask me to furnish their homes because they have no idea

each time they ask me to go to their homes to see the result

each time they ask me support to choose curtains, lamps and pictures

I remember that I can do it the way I do

partly because of my instinct

mainly because of all the things I've learnt through the blog world

Ogni volta che qualche cliente mi avvicina

chiedendo ispirazione, chiedendo un suggerimento

Ogni volta che mi chiedono un aiuto per arredare le loro case perchè non hanno idee
Ogni volta che mi invitano a casa loro per vedere il risultato

Ogni volta che mi chiedono supporto per scegliere una lampada, una tenda o un quadro

Mi ricordo che faccio quello che faccio come lo faccio

in parte grazie al mio istinto

ma soprattutto grazie a ciò che ho imparato attraverso questo blog

It's been a sort of speed course of interior design

All those people out there so inspired and inspiring

so professional and

so good at what they do

That was the answer I needed

So please forgive me if many of the things I will post you may have seen elsewhere

but I've been away for a while

But it's so good to be back!

E' stato una sorta di corso accellerato di interior design

Tutte queste persone là fuori così ispirate e ispiratrici

così professionali

così brave in ciò che fanno

Questa era la risposta che mi serviva

Quindi, scusate se qualche volta posterò cose già viste

ma sapete che sono stata via per un po'

Ed è così bello essere tornata!
