As seen on TBL, it is the awesome Multi Tier Food and Whole Grain steamer. So far, we've prepared chicken breasts, pork chops, string beans, carrots, tomatoes, corn on the cob, and red skin potatoes. Everything comes out perfect and its all so healthy. When you steam food, it loses less of its nutrients and you don't have to worry about those added fats that are necessary when cooking some other ways (butter, oil, etc..). So now, instead of eating badly when we don't have time to spend in the kitchen, we can pop some of our favorites into the steamer and Voila!.. a healthy dinner! :)
Tonight, we're going to steam salmon, broccoli, carrots, and rice. I'm going to make the salmon glaze as seen here, and I may just mix it with the rice to be eaten with the salmon.
If you're looking for a healthy way to prepare meals on the fly, I HIGHLY recommend this steamer. We are both so glad we have it!
