Pink Julep in the Kitchen: Hungry Jack Sour Cream & Chive Casserole Potatoes

I picked up a box of Hungry Jack Sour Cream & Chive Casserole Potatoes at the grocery store a few weeks ago because they looked good and they were on sale for $1.00! I thought I couldn't go wrong for $1.00 and if they weren't very good, I wouldn't be losing too much. I finally got around to making them and they were delicious! These are a great side and I swear, if you made them for a party, nobody would know they weren't made from scratch! They are seriously good! I'm sure they're terrible for you and full of preservatives, but occasionally it's nice to have something in the cupboard that's easy to whip up! I bought the cheesy ones too and I'm super excited to try those next!
