Last night I watched You Again, which I rented from Love Film. You Again is a girly comedy starring Kristen Bell, Jamie Lee Curtis, Victor Garber, Sigourney Weaver, Kristen Chenowith, Odette Yustman and Betty White. I enjoyed this film. It's light and funny. You Again is the story of Marnie, a girl who was tortured by the prettiest girl in school who bullied her and made her life miserable, while her brother was a gorgeous, accomplished athelete. After receiving some advice from her brother about believing in herself, Marnie goes to university, gets a new chic look and becomes a successful PR executive. However, Marnie's confidence goes down the toilet when she is forced to travel home to her brother's wedding, only finding out on the plane that his bride is the evil girl who tortured her in high school. Kristin Chenowith is particularly hilarious as usual! Kristin Bell is so beautiful most of the time, however her transformation into the ugly duckling is great! She's a great comedic actress in my opinion. The film is full of gut busting moments between long lulls, but it's definitely worth seeing!
