Bright Colors Rule the Carpet at the Teen Choice Awards

The blue carpet at the Teen Choice Awards was flooded with bright colored mini's and I think they were perfect and appropriate for the event! More importantly, if I had a magic lamp, I'd ask the genie to deliver one of each of these frocks to my house, in the appropriate size of course!
